How it works:
Since the pockets on the Traveler Handbag are so large, there is no need to carry another bag. It can be used as a handbag for day trips or just to use around town. It has two straps to easily carry your pet on your shoulder and two ventilation windows, one on either end for air-flow. The exterior is made out of sturdy canvas and 2 colors of soft leatherette, giving it a very trendy tri-color look. The interior leopard-patterned fabric provides a camouflage and also hides dirt, while the exterior looks just like a regular trendy bag. The top does not have a flap only a zipper, so it may be suitable for only smaller pets. (Note: It may be a little challenging to get a squirmy pet inside the bag due to the small opening.) In addition, the Traveler Handbag meets most airline requirements.
Cautions:
Check with your airline at least two weeks in advance for their specific rules and requirements. Do not leave your pet unattended in any confined areas for any length of time.
Unzip the flap on the top of the bag and place your pet inside. (Note: this bag does not have a very large top opening so may be more suitable for smaller pets.)
Allow your pet to lie down on the interior pillow.
Place your belongings in the pockets located on the front and back of the bag.
Remove the interior pillow to allow your pet more space to move around.
