My yellow lab was having intermittent diarrhea and going to the vet for help. My vet suggested putting him on pre and probiotic enzymes with every feeding. I ordered NaturVet for him and within 36 hours of starting to add the NaturVet to his food things were normal...I can now pick up his poops. The vet suggested that I keep in on this as part of his regular maintenance. I just sprinkle on his food and he eats every bit.

wasn't very helpful
My puppy wasn't having normal poops and thought I would try this product but after using it for several days her problem got worse and included vomiting. I stop using it...

This product worked great
My Old English Sheep Dog was ripping his hair out and chewing himself to the point of drawing blood. He looked like a dog that had mange. He was so miserable that he would just whine even in his sleep. We took him to several Veterinarians and they all told us he was allergic to fleas. They would give him a cortisone shot and flea control then send us on our way. We found out how bad the cortisone shots were. If given to your pets for a long period of time it will shut down the kidneys. Our Ricky Bo did not have fleas, so we knew it was something else. After doing a lot research on our own we found out that he had an abundance of yeast in his system, due to his digestive track was out of balance causing his immune system not to function properly. To get Ricky Bo’s immune system back to normal we found out that we needed to start him on Probiotics. That is when we discovered NaturVet Digestive Enzymes Prebiotics & Probiotics. It took 3 weeks for the improvement to be noticed, but it cured our Ricky Bo! Along with the Digestive Enzymes Prebiotics & Probiotics we started him on Omega 3 vitamins. We break open the vitamin and squeeze it on top of his dog food. These two combinations really saved our baby.

great for large dogs with digestive problems
We have two 75 lb. german shepherds 9 months old. Both had very loose stools sometimes all water. both now have well formed stools and have gained weight instead of being too skinny. I buy minimum of two jars a month and put the powder on dry dog food twice a day. They lick the pans clean. this is a great product. and recommend it to everyone.

Our 10-yr old Ridgeback mix has always had a sensitive stomach. There was a period within the last 6 months when she was having severe diarrhea. After taking her to the vet at least twice, she was prescribed a probiotic, which was a little pricey but seemed to work. I found NaturVet Digestive Enzymes on PetMeds, which was more reasonably priced. I have given this product to Lucy for the past 2 months, and so far have been VERY satisfied with it. Not only has her diarrhea stopped, but she no longer has projectile vomit nor does she scooch along the carpet or grass. I cut the dosage in half, and give her 1/8 tsp. twice/day.

Answer:Â Tylan is an antibiotic used to treat certain conditions, such as colitis and diarrhea.The Nature Vet Digestive enzymes do not have any antiobiotics in them. This product contains both probiotics and prebiotics that help support a healthy immune system.
My 10 year old male Lab burps and sometimes throws up clear to milky stuff soon after eating food with the digestive enzymes. I was told to mix it with the food and let sit for a few minutes so it Blooms. Please help because I think I'm wasting money if I can't keep it in his system.

Answer:Â It is recommended to mix the product with food and then give it to your pet right away. This might help him digest it better. If not, definitely talk to your veterinarian to try and figure out the cause of his vomiting.
Answer:Â It sounds like what is coming out is maybe flem or some type of acid, not necessarily the digestive enzymes. You would want to contact your vet and maybe ask if you could do a test trial of maybe a couple days without the additive, or maybe try it with a diffrent type of food. It is very important to talk to your vet and make sure that harm is not being done.
