Excellent product! I have a very finicky cat and won't go near any other hair ball remedy that I've tried. He loves Lax'ire and takes it like it's a treat. Works well for both a hairball remedy and issues with constipation. 04/14/2013
Easy to apply with great results. In a matter of days since I have been giving APOLLO Laxaire he appears not to have problems with hair balls, or spitting up. Every other day I just place about an inch of this ointment on his mouth and he licks it off. I recommend this product. 03/04/2013
Finally! I was so relieved to finally find a hair ball remedy that my 14 year old cat would voluntarily take. She even begs for more. Other products would either be too thick, or she would not like the taste. This product works, and I no longer have to dread giving it to my cat. We're both happy! 03/02/2013
Very good stuff I'm glad that i found this product. It works perfect for my 12 year old cat. She not really like the taste of it, but It helps wonderful for the digest problems she had lately. So we gone stick with it 12/07/2012
excellent product which works We have had multiple cats for the 43 years we've been together. All have loved Lax'aire and benefited from using it. We strongly recommend both the product and Pet Meds, the company. 11/27/2012

One of my cat Snake has to be on presceiption CD diet. He can't have regular food becasue crystals are formed in his urine and he couldn't go to bathroom. Is it safe to give him Lax'aire for hair balls? Ding Ding and Monkey are fine.

My cat has been on a prescription diet for 12 yr. She has been using Lax'aire, and a similar product for a couple of years with no problem. When I say similar, I mean the same ingredients.

Answer:
Hi Tsetsefly. Good question. There are no contraindications for using Lax'aire with any prescription foods, or any other prescriptions. It is always wise to check with your vet first, however, when using any product while the dog is on prescription medications and/or food.
