"SO FAR, SO GOOD"
Barkley is a 13-yr-old Pembroke Corgi. That said, I don't like having to put him on Predinisone for seasonal allergies. I saw this product and began it about a month ago. We're on our second bottle. So far, so good. He continues to lick a little bit, but not biting and keeping himself awake all night from having to scratch his inside hind legs. I'd recommend you try it. It's worth it - economical and much safer for pets, especially geriatric ones.
We are on our second bottle and are finding that with consistent use our cats are improving. The scaly skin is almost completely gone. We have gone back to less expensive food as they seemed to not get better eating the very expensive brands. In the long run it is better for use to spend the money on the drops than the food.
I bought this product because my two year old chocolate lab tends to itch and scratch with a flaky back. I have him on special dog food for this purpose as well, but nothing seems to help. I have given him the dosages three times a day, each time he turns his head as if the medicine doesn't taste good. I'm not sure if it works yet, as it's homeopathic and may need more time to get into his system to see long standing results. I do know that he has had diarrhea since using the product, and I assume it is attributed to the oily based medicine.
my dog licks his paws all day and now he's kind of biting at them...is this a good product or can you recomend one that is?

IT probably will not help. Think about it --- you take something by mouth into the stomach and it's supposed to help a skin problem on the outside. It did not help my dogs itchy spot that he kept licking at.
Nel, the homeo pet skin and itch relief HomeoPet Skin would work really well and another product you may also want to try in conjunction with this is the Be soothed which is a tea tree oil spray that you can find here:
No you do not. I order it for my Boxer about every 3 months. I just happened to take a chance and order it my Vet never recommended it to me. I am glad I ordered it though, it is a great product.
