What a relief :-)
My cats have never been interested in treats, perhaps because we have a food dispenser that allows them to eat whenever, so I wasn't sure they would take these. But they gobbled up one right after the other with no problems! They're smushable, so you can just reshape it around the pill if they nibble off a little piece. No more of the pill struggle that usually ends with a few scratches. Congrats human race - we have outsmarted them!

Wonder product
I have Sphinx kittens that occasionally need to be given meds in the pill form. These make the process painless, I would highly recommend!!

Wonderful Product!
This stuff is great for masking the taste of something that my dog would not normally eat. My pup is a picky eater, and these pill pockets are a life saver... without these, I would find pills days later under the dining room table that my dog should have eaten, but didnt.. LOL.. smart dog...

A godsend
I started using these on my oldest cat when she was diagnosed with an over active thyroid last fall. There was no way I was going to grab her and shove half a pill down her throat every single day! Besides, you shouldn't handle this medication without wearing gloves. The Pill Pockets are great--all I have to do is insert the pill with a pair of tweezers, crimp shut and feed it to her. She loves them, and her thyroid levels are where the vet wants them to be.

Superb product
Laika is a lab mix and is 9 3/4 yrs old at 56 lbs. Taking 2 pills in the morning and 2-3 in the evening. We have only used the chicken flavor. They smell wonderful and are so easy to use. I have just ordered 4 more packs. I gave a friend a couple of pill pockets for her dashound/corgi mix Max and he loves them. Laika has benifited from all the proucts we have purchased from you. Thank you so much

Cece, the calorie count depends on which size you get. The beef Pill Pocket which holds capsules has 29 calories each. The beef Pill Pocket for tablets has 11 calories each.
I fold and crease wax paper and try to put any loose powdered med in center of pocket. Then I squeeze it closed. Try masking any sent with food or gravy. Even a tidbit of cheese wrapped around it. Even if your cat balks, they forget and love you with out condition!!!
According to the Greenies website, you can put liquid medicine in a pill-pocket because when sealed the pill-pockets are air tight - so I assume that you wont have any problems with a powdered medicine. Good luck.
Hi Oliva, it really just depends on if the taste of the medication overpowers the taste of the pill pocket. The good news is we guarantee our products 100% so if the pill pockets do not work with your cat's medication, just let us know, and we will be happy to refund you in full for the product.
