What Makes Go! Dry Dog Food Different?
•
Ingredients fit for human consumption
All ingredients are government certified as "fit for human consumption" status in state of the art, government inspected facilities.
•
Truly all natural
Many dog foods say they are "all natural" yet are not 100% natural. In many cases these foods may have artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives.
•
Butcher quality meats
Unlike well-known grocery store brands, we found Go! Sensitivity + Shine Salmon Recipe to be one of the very few pet foods to use the highest quality butcher meats.
Most brands use rendered meats filled with by-products.
•
Foods are made in USDA or CFIA inspected facilities
For safety, it is important to have a manufacturing facility that follows the same strict quality assurance standards as used for human foods.
Benefits:
•
Suitable for all dogs but can also be fed for food sensitivities and allergies, and as an elimination or rotation diet
•
Slow releasing carbohydrate helps to manage glucose levels
•
Highly digestible
•
Contains omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids
•
Less clean up due to smaller and firmer stool
•
Manufactured at facilities approved/certified by FDA (US Food and Drug Administration) , CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) and EU (European Union)
How it works:
Go! dry dog food is made by Petcurean and offers various formulas developed with veterinarians and certified nutritionists to ensure your dog receives the necessary nutrition needed to maintain an active lifestyle. Go! dry dog food is slow cooked at low temperatures helping to preserve nutrients, which are typically lost in many commercially processed foods. In addition, after each production run, the manufacturing equipment is cleaned and sanitized to ensure the quality of food is uncompromised.
Many dogs with allergies may need to be placed on an elimination diet, which involves limiting the number of ingredients your dog eats. The unique formula of Go! Sensitivity + Shine Salmon Recipe contains a single source of protein, carbohydrate, and oil to help defend your dog's body against food allergies and sensitivities.
Refer to the chart below for suggested feeding guidelines of Go! Sensitivity + Shine Salmon Recipe.

Like all changes, we do recommend that our customers introduce the formula gradually, over a 10 day period if possible.
Tip: The amount of food your dog requires will depend on his/her activity level, age, breed, and climate. Speak with your veterinarian to determine an ideal amount of food to feed your dog.

Not running to dinner
Lula is not a picky eater but since she has been eating this food she not enthusiastic about dinner time. With any other food and especially the Nature's Variety Instinct Duck Meal & Turkey Meal Formula she gobbles it up quick. I have to say this food does not have a strong smell and many other foods do. Possibly that is the difference.

my allergic dog!
I have been feeding my Ridgeback Mac this food for about 2 years now. Mac has food allergies so I needed a limited ingredient food. He also gets a raw diet of grass fed beef. If I dont add in another protein (usually canned salmon, eggs) and/or salmon oil or avacodo as well as veggies now and then, he sheds like nobodys bussiness. it's good to fill his belly and he does not chew on his body, but it does not appear to be a complete diet. i will continue to use this and supplement!

My vet said my dog might have an allergy to some proteins in normal dog food, so he said to try a food with 1-2 proteins sources. Is this a good choice for that?
For dogs with allergies, you will want to try a food with a "novel" protein that your dog has not been exposed to before, usually something like duck or venison. If your dog hasn't been exposed to salmon before, this would be a good choice as there is only one protein source. The simple formulation makes for a great elimination or rotation diet, and can also help dogs with food sensitivities.
