What is the Full Length Bi-Fold Carpeted Dog Ramp?
The Full Length Bi-Fold Carpeted Dog Ramp is a carpeted folding dog ramp that helps pets get in and out of vehicles. The main difference between this ramp and other dog ramps, is the detachable Velcro carpeting made out of durable material. This material helps dogs keep their footing on the ramp, especially during inclement weather. Since the carpeting detaches, it can be cleaned easily by placing it in the washing machine with gentle detergent. How it works:
Unfold the Full Length Bi-Fold Carpeted Dog Ramp and rest the end with the tether closest to your vehicle. This tether helps stabilize the ramp when your pet walks on it. Since jumping in and out of vehicles can put strain on your pet's joints, using a ramp is a good alternative for pets so they don't have to put undue stress on their joints. It is greatly beneficial for pets with joint issues and arthritis, and also for you because you won't have to pick them up to place them inside your vehicle. The carpeting on the ramp is soft and will help your pet keep his or her footing when walking up the ramp, especially during inclement weather. When you are done using the ramp, fold it back up, latch the side and place it in your car or your home. If the carpeting gets dirty, just pull it off the ramp and wash separately in gentle detergent.

The Full Length Bi-Fold Carpeted Dog Ramp requires no assembly.
Directions:
Remove the ramp from the box and place on a firm surface with the carpeting facing up.
Release the red latch on the side and unfold the ramp.
Once the ramp is unfolded, rest the end with the tether on the back of your vehicle.
Clip the tether to the latch located on the floor of most SUVs and larger vehicles. (The tether stabilizes the ramp so your pet will feel more confident walking up it.)
Allow your pet to walk up the ramp into your vehicle.
Once your pet is inside your vehicle, fold the ramp back up and place in your vehicle to use at your destination.
Cleaning:
Remove the two carpet pieces from the ramp and place in the washing machine using gentle detergent.
Wipe the rest of the ramp down with warm soap and water and let air dry.
Tip: Keep your hands away from the middle while unfolding or your fingers may get pinched.
How to Purchase the Right Pet Ramp for Your Dog or Cat

Is the ramp for short or tall areas? The taller the area, the longer the ramp will need to be to reduce the incline for your pet.

Make sure your pet does not exceed the individual pet ramp weight limitations.

Multi Purpose Ramp
I purchased this ramp to help my 3 babies get into my car easier. It was to big, so I leaned it against the tree in my backyard while I figured out what to do. I was going to return it until I walked outside & saw they turned my yard into an amusement park. They ran up & down it, jumping into the tree just having a ball. I was so surprised! I took it inside & stretched it from the closet to the bed. It worked puurfectly! They walked easily to the bed! Granted, this is NOT why I bought it, but it works in numerous ways. I won’t return their "amusement park" ramp anymore! They would be so disappointed if I did!

Did the trick
I actually purchased this ramp for my cat. I have two cages, one is on a bottom shelf and one is on another shelf. The cage on the second shelf was too high for my cat to jump into. This ramp is perfect for him to climb up to his cage and out of his cage. I especially like the carpeted surface. I originally had one tall cage my two cats shared; however, when they had to go into their cage at night, they would fight quite often. So, I purchased two separate cages. If you have the same problem, I would highly suggest this and I would recommend this ramp. Of course, it would work for dogs too, but I would not recommend this ramp for really heavy dogs because I do not believe it would be as durable since it is made of plastic.
