A great food!
This is the first food we have used that includes the chrondroitin and glucosamine, so we were a little concerned that it might not be as appealing as other dry dog foods. However, am pleased to report that our 11-year-old Abigail loves the flavor, so would highly recommend! A great product!

The Ingredients tab/list shows for example,1200 mg/kg (Min) for glucosamine, is that per cup? This questions is in reference to "Chicken Soup for the Dog Lover's Soul Senior Dog Dry Food". So for instance, the list on the ingredients tab shows 1200 mg/kg (Min) for glucosamine, is that per cup? In other words, if I feed my 100 lb dog 2 cups at each meal, twice a day, then he's actually getting 4800mg/kg per day? Is that correct?
Thank you for your recent question. As for the glucosamine it is 1200 mg per every kg of dry food. Depending on how many kg of food you feed you 100 lb dog then you will multiply that number by 1200mg. Not the amount of cups. Give your furry friend a belly rub for us.
I happen to be using this food for my Pitbull for the joint benefits. I measured it tonight. I can get almost 4 cups to a pound. My girl does like this food too.
