I lapse for one day and I noticed the odor was back in full force. I quickly change his water and included the Fresh Dental Care Solution. Let me tell you.... Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Review at the Vet My cat has been using the product for a year. Her vet wanted to professionally clean her teeth due to tartar. Instead I added Be Fresh to her water every day. After using it for a year, the vet did not mention cleaning her teeth at her last visit. It must have worked!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use and fast working I bought Be Fresh Dental Care 2 weeks ago. In just days bad breath was gone and no side affects! Nikki my 3 pound chihuahua is very picky in food and drink she loves it and so dose Amber. They also have sensitive tummies they have had no problems. As for whitening Nikki's teeth look whiter Amber has11 years of build up it will take a bit longer I imagine. I am not a wealthy person live on a fixed income this product is affordable and works very well. I recommend this product highly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product was recommended to me by my sister-in-law. Scout is an abysinnian and prone to gum disease. His breath is not bad as a matter of fact it does not smell at all! He drinks his water regularly and without a problem. I love this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My dogs would not drink their water I thought I would try this to help my dogs' teeth. I would put it in their water bowl every time I freshened it up, about every other day. I was wondering why they always wanted to go outside and drink their water until I decided to smell it and take a little tiny sip of it. This stuff tastes and smells bad! I know it says that the taste isn't supposed to be detectable but I think my dogs can smell it and taste it. To me, it smells like chlorine that you put in a swimming pool.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Cleaner breath and mouth with little effort Our adopted adult dog had some offensive doggy breath and does not like us to brush her teeth. She is suspicious about any new foods and would not drink from her water bowl when I added the Dental Care Solution as directed. So I started her at 1/4 teaspoon per cup of water and now we are up to 3/4 teaspoons of Solution per 8 ounces of water. The offensive stink of her breath is gone and her teeth appear a bit whiter after about a month of use at less than full strength. I worry about not being able to clean our dog's teeth at home, so this is a nice product for us. I find it easy to use by mixing up a quart of water at a time and filling her water bowl from the quart bottle. The product arrived as estimated and our dog loves the biscuit that came in the package.

need advice..........

I bought this product with great expectations the it would work on my dachsund's bad breath and teeth tarter. She will not drink the water. I even diluted it 3x water to one teaspoon of product. She still won't drink it. My Chihuahua is doing great with it. Any ideas??
Asked by: Lauree
Your little smart girl may be detecting it in her water. You may want to go back to regular water for a day or so and then try diluting a smaller amount than the recommended dose a day or two later to see if it becomes undetectable. Also, you will be glad to hear about our money back guarantee. We guarantee your complete satisfaction or you get your money back. Hope this helps.

dogs with kidney failure

Is the fresh dental care safe for dogs with kidney failure?
Asked by: Judi
I would advise anyone with a pet who has other health issues to check with your vet before using. Our vet had actually recommended using the product on 1 dog who has cardiac issues, (we almost lost her during dental work while under anesthesia).

Is there an expiration date on the Be Fresh Dental Care Solution?

A friend gave me a bottle of the Be Fresh Dental Care Solution and I was told that she had it for about 3 years. Her pet is gone now and she recently cleaned out her cupboard and came across it and ask if I could use it, but advised me that she has had it for about 3 years. Will it be safe to use?
Asked by: Turtle
My dental care solution for my dog was originally blue but when I found it was turned into yellow after I bought it from 1800petmed about a year ago. I asked the customer service if the product can be used or there is an expiration date on the product they said there is an expiration date on the product but for some reason mine doesn't have it so I just discarded...

Is adding the Dental Solution to the water bowls once a week sufficient?

I have three indoor cats. We clean their bowls once a week and the rest of the week we just add a little as they drink. We have been adding the Be Fresh Dental Solution to the bowls when we change the water. Is that sufficient?
Asked by: Sunny
I have 2 small Dogs. Every time I add water to their dish I put in a little bit of Be Fresh Dental Care Solution. My little female especially has terrible bad breath even after having her teeth cleaned. Doing this works for us very well. We give this product an A+.

How much Dental water solution do I add to a gallon of water?

I have a 1 gallon gravity water dispenser. I would like to know how much Dental water solution I would add to a gallon of water?
Asked by: Deb
Since there are 16 cups in a gallon, you would need 16 teaspoons. This is also equal to 5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon. It is also equal to 2 2/3 ounces. This is based on the directions, which specify 1 teaspoon per 8 ounces, which is 1 cup.
