Allermyl Shampoo is a unique foaming micro-emulsion that contains a soothing combination of natural anti-inflammatory ingredients, mild cleansing agents, and essential fatty acids. It is used for the topical management of allergic skin conditions.
For: Cats and Dogs
Benefits:
•
Soothes and cleanses
•
Foaming micro-emulsion helps distribute the shampoo throughout the skin
•
Relieves itching and irritation
•
Dye and fragrance free
How it works: The foaming micro-emulsion formulation helps the ingredients penetrate the skin for deep, soothing relief. Allermyl Shampoo includes anti-adhesive glycotechnology with monosaccharides and an alkylpolyglucoside which reduces bacterial and yeast adhesion to the outer most layer of the skin. This process prevents bacteria buildup on the skin surface which may also delay skin irritation.
Cautions: Avoid eye contact. If the shampoo gets in your pet’s eyes rinse well with clean water. Wash your hands after use.

Used on a Shar-pei
I have a bear coat blue shar-pei and she gets a heavy winter coat. She very allergic to grass and trees. I brushed her and then shampooed her with Allemyl shampoo and I could not believe the amount of hair she lost. Almost made her look like a 20 year dog. with dry skin. I'm going to try the oatmeal and aloe shampoo today. I hope things work better.

Will Try Again But Not What I Had Hoped
My mini schnauzer is extremely allergic to numerous things so I was praying this would help ease her skin rashes. I tried it twice (following the prescribed time schedule) with no real results. Not better but not worse either. Then she became quite sick from a food reaction so I had to stop her bath routine until she was better. Will try her on the shampoo again in the next day or so. Fingers crossed this time...

Rambo is happy
I just used it 2 days ago for the first time and that day he did not scratch as usual. I will give him another bath today. The vet says he is alergic to grass but he loves to roll and play on it. Now he has to take allergy pills also.

Thank you for your question Jeanne and happy holidays. Your furry buddy will be happy to know that Allermyl shampoo will not remove Vectra or reduce its potency.
Thank you for your question, I would recommend that you use our Excel Hydrocortisone Spray With Aloe Vera 4oz #1968, it provides temporary itch relief from minor skin irritations, inflammation, insect bites, and seborrhea dermatitis. If you must shampoo your cat, dilute the shampoo in a separate bottle, lather him up, leave on for 10 - 15 minutes, rinse and do not blow dry.
I haven't used the cream rinse. Instead in between shampoos I apply the Allermly spot on treatment. This cleared up a horrible case of dandruff. It was so bad, her black coat looked like it was striped white. You could wipe it off with a cloth and in a few minutes it would show up again.
